Mindfulness Meditation

Join us for our Bryn Mawr monthly meditation retreats.

We meditate to develop the concentration to explore the nature of the self, including troublesome emotions and thinking patterns. We meditate to develop the clarity of mind to work with, and so be less driven by, troublesome emotions and thinking patterns. We meditate to develop equanimity, which is the gentle matter-of-factness that comes with internal peace and compassion for others. This is Mindfulness Meditation.
