Mindfulness Meditation
We meditate to develop the concentration to explore the nature of the self, including troublesome emotions and thinking patterns. We meditate to develop the clarity of mind to work with, and so be less driven by, troublesome emotions and thinking patterns. We meditate to develop equanimity, which is the gentle matter-of-factness that comes with internal peace and compassion for others. This is Mindfulness Meditation.

Lunch Meeting for Therapists
Follows the general session at each Meditation Morning.
Join with other mental health professionals at 12:30 for a one hour brown bag lunch. We will discuss the use of meditation in therapy. CEUs are available.
